Safety Warning:
All helium tank cylinders must be safely secured; this is the customers responsibility. Helium is a non-toxic, non-flammable gas, however it is dangerous to breathe in gas from any helium tank, or from an inflated balloon.   DO NOT INHALE HELIUM!  We recommend transport of helium tanks in the trunk of your car. If you must transport helium tanks in the  back seat, be sure to secure the helium tank properly. You must have at least one window open at all times!

Delivery Information:
Helium tank orders are delivered between 9 am 9pm.  View our Delivery Info page for delivery fees.

Delivery and pick-up will be attempted only to ground level, to easily accessible buildings.

Please make sure that the arrangements for delivery are explicit as there are extra charges if no one is available at the time of delivery or pick up on ground floor.

Late Return Fee:
Unless arrangements are made prior to your rental agreement, a late fee will be charged.  All rentals are only on a 3 day basis. 

Day 1: We deliver or you pick up.
Day 2: Use and enjoy safely!
Day 3: Return rental unit no later than 12pm.

All rental units returned after 12-Noon will be charged a late fee equivalent to a 3 day rental rate.  Thereafter, a late fee of $150.00 per day, per rental item will be charged consecutively until the rental unit is returned.

Loss or Damage:
Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from pick-up or delivery time to return or pick-up time.  Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather and harm. We charge a recovery fee for missing, broken or rain damaged parts or equipment.  Customers will be charged for broken, damaged and missing items not in use and protected from the weather. Always check with the management of hired halls, convention centers, restaurants and parks and be sure they agree to take care of our equipment for you, before we have it delivered on your behalf.
